Nigerian Americans in USA Football Super Bowl 2022

There were four Nigerian Americans from both Los Angeles Rams and Cincinnati Bengals that played in the American football super bowl 2022. Los Angeles Rams won the super bowl championship.

C.J. Uzomah (born January 14, 1993) is Nigerian American football tight end for the Cincinnati Bengals of the National Football League (NFL). He played college football at Auburn and was drafted by the Bengals in the fifth round of the 2015 NFL Draft.

Hakeem Adeniji (born December 8, 1997) is Nigerian American football guard for the Cincinnati Bengals of the National Football League (NFL). He played in college at the University of Kansas. At Kansas, he was a two-time All-Big 12 selection, making the 1st team in 2019 and 2nd team in 2018. He was drafted in the sixth-round (180th overall selection) of the 2020 NFL Draft by the Bengals

Chidobe Awuzie : (born May 24, 1995) is Nigerian American football cornerback for the Cincinnati Bengals of the National Football League (NFL). He was drafted by the Dallas Cowboys in the second round of the 2017 NFL Draft. He played college football at Colorado.

Ogbonnia Okoronkwo (born April 24, 1995) is Nigerian American football outside linebacker for the Los Angeles Rams of the National Football League (NFL). He played college football at Oklahoma.
