Kaduna State Governor, Malam Nasir El-Rufai in broadcast speech to people of Kaduna contradicted President Muhammadu Buhari policy on N1, 000 and N5, 000 old Naira notes in which Buhari said that old notes are no longer legal tenders.  El-Rufai maintained and insisted that in Kaduna State that both N1,000 and N5,000 old Naira notes are still legal tenders.
